Handover & deployment of data capture and business process management software (BPMS)
The first stage of any large system deployment involves setting up of a replica system within our test environment. This ensures that our consultants have prepared a full installation procedure, with any potential pitfalls identified, prior to the installation at your site.
We will attend your site for a pre-defined number of days to install, configure, test and handover the workflow solution. Most installations take only a day or two due to the extensive testing we perform in-house before attending your site.
We usually request that a representative from your IT team is available to shadow our consultant throughout the installation to help transfer understanding and ownership of the workflow software.
An installation log is maintained throughout our time on-site which is given to you upon completion in addition to some basic training prior to full system training.
ePC can also deliver your business process management software (BPMS) as a dedicated but outsourced environment or a cloud based system depending on your IT resource, time and budgetary constraints.
We will attend your site for one day to complete the installation, conduct testing and provide a basic system handover prior to new user training. This will include any necessary liaison with your IT team beforehand to ensure you have suitable servers and PCs to install the software.
