OpenText LiquidOffice 7.8 – release notes

OpenText have released the latest updates to their intelligent forms automation solution LiquidOffice. The new version is OpenText LiquidOffice 7.8. The previous release was version 7.7.

This is the first release since OpenText acquired LiquidOffice (and TeleForm) from HP. The next chapter in the evolution of LiquidOffice and TeleForm shows early promise with OpenText stating customers will see new innovations, an increased emphasis on form automation and user experience, and interesting integrations with other OpenText products.

This section lists the new features in the latest version.

  • Updated integration with Content Server to support release 16
  • Exposed Content Server integration to all customers (previously only available to Content Server eForms Management customers)
  • Support for SQL Server 2016
  • Updates to embedded technologies for improved platform compatibility and quality

For customers with a current support and maintenance contact, please contact us to find out if you are eligible for an upgrade. We can also help if you are no longer supported and wish to upgrade.
