OpenText, a leader in Enterprise Information Management (EIM), announced today that it had completed the acquisition of TeleForm and LiquidOffice (formerly Process Automation) from HP Inc.

OpenText was founded in 1991, the same year TeleForm was created, and currently employs over 8,000 people. Operating throughout the world and serving 100,000 customers, their products enable businesses to grow faster, lower operational costs, and reduce information governance and security risks by improving business insight, impact and process speed.

OpenText have an interesting toolkit and offer complimentary products that TeleForm works well with, such as DOKuStar. They are a well-respected organisation within our industry and have a vast wealth of experience in developing and marketing the solutions our clients demand.
