ePC is delighted to announce it has retained its place on the latest iteration of the G-Cloud framework, G-Cloud 10.

Operated by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) on behalf of the UK Government, the G-Cloud framework is an initiative targeted at streamlining the procurement of cloud services by public sector organisations. The framework is divided into 3 categories, or ‘lots’: Cloud Hosting (Lot 1), Cloud Software (Lot 2) and Cloud Support (Lot 3).

From today, public sector organisations can use the framework via an online store called the Digital Marketplace to procure Process Director and OpenText™ LiquidOffice (Cloud Software - Lot 2) as well as access our expertise in delivering these products (Cloud Support - Lot 3).

The award means Process Director and LiquidOffice will be easily accessible to central and local government, education and health services, devolved administrations, emergency services, defence and not-for-profit organisations.

Process Director is an award-winning Intelligent Business Process Management Suites (iBPMS) platform that manages, automates and reports on your critical tasks to make teams and individuals more productive. It delivers BPM through an intelligent combination of integrated technologies, including electronic forms processing, business rules engine, workflow, reporting dashboard, business activity monitoring, content management, web portals, application integration and an embedded Software Development Kit (SDK). Typical use cases include: budget approvals, case management, leave requests, contract/supplier management, onboarding and offboarding.

New for G-Cloud 10, LiquidOffice is a web-based BPM solution for creating, deploying and automatically managing the routing, tracking and approval processes for electronic forms.

We’re delighted to be awarded a place on the G-Cloud framework for the second successive year. We remain committed to supporting the public sector as they seek to modernise back-office processes involving data entry and the manual routing of paper forms. We’ve added new products to the framework this year including OpenText LiquidOffice and enhanced our existing offering.
