BP Logix is acquired by Finrock Growth Partners
BP Logix Inc., the authors of Process Director which ePC resell in Europe, have been acquired by Finrock Growth Partners, a private equity firm that invests in and operates businesses in the software sector.
BP Logix produce and market Process Director, the AI-enabled low-code BPM software. BP Logix co-founders Joby O’Brien and Jay O’Brien will remain with the company, with Joby continuing in his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) as Jay takes a leadership role within product engineering.
Finrock Growth Partners are led by Managing Partner, Girish Pashilkar who has over 20 years’ experience in growing software and recurring service businesses. Girish will act as the company’s new CEO and work closely with Joby and Jay.
