OpenText, a leader in Enterprise Information Management (EIM), announced today that it had completed the acquisition of TeleForm and LiquidOffice (formerly Process Automation) from HP Inc.

OpenText was founded in 1991, the same year TeleForm was created, and currently employs over 8,000 people. Operating throughout the world and serving 100,000 customers, their products enable businesses to grow faster, lower operational costs, and reduce information governance and security risks by improving business insight, impact and process speed.

OpenText have an interesting toolkit and offer complimentary products that TeleForm works well with, such as DOKuStar. They are a well-respected organisation within our industry and have a vast wealth of experience in developing and marketing the solutions our clients demand. ePC are pleased to announce our new status as an ABBYY Certified Partner.

ABBYY FlexiCapture has been built on decades of experience in working with recognition and language extraction technologies and delivers the ability to automatically capture data from forms and unstructured documents alike.

After careful evaluation, ePC has welcomed these flexible and powerful capture solutions into our product portfolio and look forward to delivering new and exciting systems with them.

As well as inputs such as electronic forms (eForms) or TeleForm for starting workflow automation, you can also use modular exports and integration, for example; save to PDF, SQL, remote web services or even build your own bespoke modules, which can be re-used in many workflows.
