ePC has achieved BN ES ISO 9001:2015, the internationally recognised quality management standard for “Data Capture and Business Process Management Solutions as well as the Supply and Development of Boxed and Bespoke Software".

Achieved 14 months early, the transition from BN ES ISO 9001:2008 to BN ES ISO 9001:2015 reaffirms our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Our certificate is available to view here.

I would like to pay particular tribute to the commitment from management and the investment in people and training that enables ePC to provide an efficient service to their customers

Neil Urquhart, ISO Auditor, CQS (Certified Quality Systems) Ltd

The standard sets out a framework for effective quality management systems and includes major clauses on leadership, risk, interested parties, people and measurement and analysis.

We are proud to have achieved certification to the most widely recognised international standard for quality management 14 months ahead of schedule. It further demonstrates our commitment to quality and placing customer satisfaction at the heart of the business
