Ease of capture for efficient processing

Once the form has been designed, printed and filled in, it needs to be converted from paper to an electronic image.

Recognising that completed forms are often faxed to you, ePC provides systems that connect directly to your incoming fax line, eliminating the need for paper faxes. This speeds up and improves the image quality by which completed forms are entered into the system ready for data extraction.

Similarly, completed forms that are mailed to you are scanned into the system individually or in controlled batches for processing. There is no need for manual sorting - the system will do it for you, saving you even more time.

You also have the option of capturing data via electronic forms (i.e. HTML or PDF) that are completed and submitted to the system over the internet.

Our unique hybrid paper-electronic solution also allows you to initiate a process in one media and allow the user to complete in the most appropriate to them. For example a user can be sent a pre-filled form via eMail. They can complete some of the fields on-screen before printing the form. At a later time they can then complete the rest of the form by hand, perhaps off-site or if the form requires an ink signature and then post or fax the form back for data extraction. Equally they could complete the eMailed form totally on screen and submit back electronically for the speediest data capture.
