Providing managers and participants quick and easy access to overview reporting of process and form data is often a useful feature and in many cases, an essential requirement. It may be that the Support Manager needs to see how many open and closed support cases there have been over the last week, or the HR Manager may benefit from a quick pie chart showing the types of leave requested over the past year.
For this type of requirement, ePC can provide out-of-the-box reporting functionality. Any user, armed with our training, can simply create dynamic dashboard style reports containing tables, graphs and charts. These can then be made available to end users via the intuitive and configurable web desktop.
Often more powerful reporting or automatic eMailing of PDF reports is required, in which case we can provide the development or tools to allow you to meet these goals, for example our eFlex module.
