Form set-up is intuitive and designed to be simple because that's the way it should be (after all, you have better things to do).

Start with a blank screen and draw the form using the "drag and drop" text and graphic tools, adding fields and labels as you go. Pre-fill fields, lookups, auto-calculations, digital signatures, tables and many more form objects can be simply dropped on to the page.

If you prefer, you can import your existing paper form designs from TeleForm to offer unique hybrid capture that spans paper and eForms, offering the most appropriate method of form completion at each stage of a process.

Typical form components:

  • Text entry: Basic text boxes for entering short or long text entries.
  • Constrained text: Text entry with rules, such as valid dates, phone numbers or eMail addresses.
  • Bar codes: Form data is dynamically added to a bar code, allowing printed copies to be scanned and read automatically.
  • Choice fields: Set up simple tick boxes or multiple option tick boxes in a variety of styles.
  • Digital signatures: Accept 3rd party digital signatures or simple username and password authentication.
  • Buttons: Form buttons can trigger actions, such as uploading form attachments or submitting forms.
