Busy workflow systems may have thousands of active processes at various stages of completion, so it is essential that users and process owners alike can instantly find where a request or form has got to within its process.  Our solutions maintain full audit logs of any form or process submission, making it a simple click or two for a user to find out exactly where their form resides and who has been involved in the process so far.

Once a process is complete, this audit trail can be kept on-line for a period, allowing quick reference by the process participants, and then archived off. The archive can be within our system or if you already have a 3rd party records management system we can integrate with it for long term archival.

For complete compliance, we not only store the audit trail but also provide tools for record deletion and purging, as in some cases it may be a legal requirement to destroy certain record types after a set period.
