TeleForm is able to capture document images from any source and is able to automatically recognise and classify the document type before going on to extract both the handwritten and machine print information, ready for export to a database.

TeleForm Web and Remote Capture

In order to increase the flexibility of TeleForm, we can provide several options for gathering documents from remote sites. Whether you need to capture small volumes from clients, suppliers or even home users or high volumes from remote branches we have a solution for you.

TeleForm Web Capture can be used, with almost no installation or configuration on the client side, for transferring images as they are scanned via the web. TeleForm Remote Capture Station requires a client side installation but offers a more feature rich interface, flexible communication methods and scheduled uploading of scanned images.
