Cardiff LiquidOffice Enterprise encompasses the entire business process management lifecycle, from process design and simulation to deployment and optimisation. However, it goes well beyond traditional process management; LiquidOffice embeds intelligence within forms and documents, enabling them to securely and automatically navigate the process between people and systems, offering visibility into each step of the process and a complete audit trail.
The system includes an intuitive form design application that allows forms containing common field types such as entry fields, check boxes, radio groups, bar codes and drop lists to be designed whilst fully supporting forms already designed in TeleForm. Dynamic drop lists, lookups and auto-fill fields can be created with a simple wizard driven process. More complex functionality can be implemented with the client side JavaScript or server side Java interfaces.
Forms can then be published to your LiquidOffice server with anonymous public access or secure named user logons. Simple URL links from your main web site or portal can then be directed to your LiquidOffice server to bring up specific forms or named users can log in to their web desktop, that can be integrated with Outlook, to see items assigned to them or work queues they are a member of.
Users can complete forms whilst taking advantage of integrated lookups and pre-filling from your existing data systems. Intuitive field types, auto-completing forms, dynamic prompting and question handling all make the process much simpler for the end-users, whilst ensuring the data they submit is of a consistent and expected standard.

Submitted forms don't only go to flexible exports in to existing business applications but can also be part of ad-hoc or pre-defined routing processes for authorisation, approval or full workflow. These processes are designed using the Process Designer, a powerful graphical design application that includes simulation and load testing tools, alongside a Java and JavaScript development environment.
In addition, LiquidOffice ensures compliance by transparently creating an audit log of all activities and provides the security of both HTML and PDF digital signature support. Using open standards such as XML, HTML and PDF, LiquidOffice's rapidly deployable server and form design environment make it simply the fastest way to put intelligent forms and processes online.
