eABC: Advanced Linking Between Equisys ZetaFax and TeleForm

The eABC module allows for seamless integration between Equisys ZetaFax and TeleForm. It supports all versions of ZetaFax from V5 right up to the current version.

The standard ZetaFax link built in to TeleForm only supports a single ZetaFax inbox and therefore no DDIs or fax routing. It does not support batch mode, only non-batch processing, so job configurations, batch processes and even form security is not possible.

eABC removes these limitations by supporting multiple inboxes and batch mode whilst also offering a whole array of other useful features, such as:

• Runs as an automatically starting system service
• Connect and monitor multiple ZetaFax inboxes simultaneously
• Support for batch processing with job configurations
• Support for non-batch processing
• Simultaneously send faxes to multiple destinations (e.g. TeleForm and backup or archive)
• SQL or ODBC database audit log of all faxes processed
• Timed pickup or number of faxes trigger batch creation
• Remote service monitoring utility
• Support for live and secondary fax servers for guaranteed up time
