ZetaFax

ZetaFax server software is simple to install, easy to manage and highly reliable. For secure, fast, cost effective document distribution, ZetaFax is the proven choice; allowing faxes to be sent up to 80% quicker than using a standard fax machine.

Although ZetaFax is a great companion for TeleForm, it also integrates with other everyday business software. You can send and receive faxes using Outlook or Lotus Notes out-of-the-box or integrate with ERP, CRM and other applications for automated faxing, maximising efficiency.

ePC can deploy ZetaFax with between 2 and 64 lines, supporting both faxes and SMS text messages to mobile phones; ideal for confirmations. TeleForms' built in connect agent for ZetaFax natively supports non-batch mode receipt from a single server but via our eABC module, it is possible to receive faxes in batch mode and from more than one server simultaneously, for full disaster recovery support.

ZetaFax supports a range of hardware for interfacing with analogue, ISDN2, ISDN30 and GSM lines. Our hardware page has further information on the types of interface cards we supply.
