Since their inception in 1995, BP Logix has developed many technologies including encryption software and their annotation product, iMarkup. Process Director

BP Logix Process Director is a web-based Business Process Management solution that provides business users with the advanced capabilities they need to ensure greater agility and visibility into their business processes. Built on a workflow automation system, Process Director manages, automates and reports on an organisation’s processes.

As it is designed for business users to administer and change, with no programming or coding required to implement sophisticated processes, it puts the power in to the hands of the people who know, understand and manage the processes themselves.

It includes a unique patent-pending technology that fuses Project Management methodologies with BPM. Sophisticated business processes can now be defined through a project management-like interface. More than just a new interface, it has been designed to address non-linear processes - those processes that cannot be easily represented in traditional flowcharts. Running processes are also represented and administered from a web-based Gantt chart with predictive analysis that will alert of future problems prior to them being late. Managers can identify process milestones and only be alerted when those are expected to be late based on the completion of prior milestones; alerting them to missed deadlines days or weeks before they are reached.

Graphical views and management dashboard reports provide visibility into how your business processes are running.
