eNrolment Form

The flexibility of the forms designer allows you to create your own forms containing the fields you need, with your organisations logos and graphics providing the same look and feel your members are used to.

Custom data and rule checks are applied to the form so data can be verified and consistent before export. These checks can include date checks, address validation against the electoral database, members name and number lookups to determine if the person is a new or current member and many more.

Payment detail verification can check account numbers and sort codes or credit card details to determine they are valid. Confidential payment details can be exported directly to accounts and once processed deleted with even image archives being redacted to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
eNrolment Databases

Automatically merge data from in-house databases to outgoing forms so renewals or change of member details forms can be pre-filled and dispatched automatically via eMail, fax and print for posting.

Captured data is then exported to any ODBC compliant database for automatic updating of membership system, accounts processing or quick reporting through Excel.

To improve the service for members, forms can also be made available as HTML or PDF forms. This allows users to fill out forms on-screen from your website for on-line submission or printing and manual posting after signing.
