It allows you to build common business rules, lookups, exports and reports using only a web interface with eForms designed using the ubiquitous Microsoft Word; there really couldn't be a simpler way of creating and publishing eForms.

As you can see from this example form, we have simply incorporated drop downs with lists of employee names, automatic lookups for manager details, read only pre-populating fields for username and dates.

The published eForms can then have field actions, lookups and business rules applied before being incorporated in to a workflow, designed in a logical drag-and-drop interface.

At any time a process participant can quickly and efficiently find their form and identify where in the process is currently resides.
