Training

We are able to provide either classroom based training sessions for multiple trainees or more bespoke one-to-one training for advanced system use.

Our on-site classroom sessions include training licenses for the software, training laptops if required and training manuals. We can usually accommodate up to approximately six people, if you have the facilities for this.

We also run scheduled training courses periodically throughout the year for our standard courses. Please contact us to find out when the next suitable course will be held if any of the following apply to you:

• New to TeleForm, LiquidOffice or Workflow Director and have never received formal training
• A researcher or student using the system actively without any formal instruction
• Working on a specific project which has a deadline, requiring you to ramp up your skills very quickly
• A regular user of our systems over the years, but have now forgotten the basics
• Interested in finding out shortcuts in form or process design and in learning best-practices
• Pressured to achieve results but lack confidence and the knowledge to ensure you get the best from your system
• Actively involved in form or process development and processing but can’t afford tailored on-site training
