Project Management

Once a project is given the go-ahead, we will be happy to manage all aspects of the implementation, either alongside your own project management team or entirely within our own team. Although there are many aspects of the installation that may require input from your organisation, we will make sure you are prompted for any information or actions to ensure any pre-defined timescales are met.

We will assign you a single point of contact who will be available to respond to any queries you have and also keep track of the project requirements and milestones, informing you of any potential delays or requirements before they become a problem.
