Project management

Once the project is given the go-ahead, we will be happy to manage all aspects of the implementation, either alongside your own project management team or entirely on our own. Although there are many aspects of the installation that may require input from your organization we will make sure you are prompted for any information or actions to ensure any pre-defined timescales are met.
