System Implementation and Handover

The first stage to any installation of one of our systems involving bespoke development, is for us to install a replica system within our test environment. This ensures that by the time we get to the real installation on your site, the engineer has a prepared installation procedure and any potential pitfalls have already been identified.

We would then attend your site for a pre-defined number of days to install, configure, test and handover the solution. Most installations take only a day or two due to the extensive testing and mock installs we perform in-house before attending your site. We usually request that a representative be available from your IT team to shadow our engineer throughout the installation. This provides an invaluable insight to the workings of the system and helps transfer ownership of the system.

We maintain an installation log throughout our time on-site and once complete we will hand this over along with some basic training to allow you to find your way around the system, before we come back to deliver full system training.
