System implementation, training and handover

We would attend your site for a pre-defined number of days to install, configure, test and handover the solution. Most installations take only a day or two due to the extensive testing and mock installs we perform in house before attending your site. We usually request that a representative be available from your IT department to shadow our engineer throughout the installation. This provides an invaluable insight to the workings of the system and helps transfer ownership of the system.
