LiquidOffice eForms V6

The Cardiff LiquidOffice eForms Bundle and Public Access server are great ways to take your processes to the next stage in the evolution of forms capture.  Fully supporting your forms already designed in TeleForm and also including a modern eForm design application.  It is a simple process to design and publish HTML and PDF versions of your forms within a secure and accessible forms library.

Anonymous, public users or named staff can then complete forms whilst taking advantage of integrated lookups and pre-filling from your existing data systems.  Submitted forms don't only go to flexible exports in to existing business applications but can also be part of ad-hoc or pre-defined routing processes for authorisation or approval, all within a powerful but simple to use web desktop.

TeleForm PDF+Forms

Convert paper forms into powerful online data collection tools. The PDF+Forms option enables organizations to take their existing paper forms and publish them as dynamic PDF forms to be presented via web or email either blank or pre-filled.

PDF+Forms doubles the value of your TeleForm Solution by enhancing TeleForm with many functions for the hybrid capturing of paper and eForms.  It supports Acrobat Version 5, 6, 7 and 8.x full versions, the free Acrobat Reader and can also be used with Adobe LiveCycle Extensions for creating intelligent eForms in the recognized Acrobat PDF-Format.

Additional features include high performance form merge functions for the pre-filling and sending of eForms as well as the acceptance of eForm data by web server, email, database and directory polling.  It includes an FTP client and flexible options for collecting submitted data.
