	NHS Education for Scotland The eForms Service within NES was set up three years ago to support NES staff in various data capture and collection projects. It is a national service for NES employees who run regular or large scale data collection projects.

	Clinical Trials Group The Clinical Trials Group (CTG) in the Department of Surgery at the University College London use TeleForm to manage the follow up information from patients involved in clinical trials.
Full Case Study	Dr I Potyka The patients make regular follow up visits to a doctor, who completes feedback forms either electronically or on paper. The forms are sent from the doctor to CTG and then scanned with TeleForm to verify for errors. If an error is found the system can convert the form into an electronic form and email it back to the doctor for correction. Corrections only take a few seconds, adjusting only the incorrect data and then the completed forms are re-submitted to TeleForm. ePC are making a valuable contribution to our aim of running trials in an efficient and cost effective manner. 	Reading FC Reading Football Club needed a new way to design, complete and store data from injury prevention examinations on players.
Full Case Study	Alan Hughes ePC were able to quickly and efficiently understand our requirements and produce forms that were ideal for the job. The nature of the PDF forms created by ePC means that a traditionally paper heavy process has been converted in to a paperless, efficient and accurate process.
