Efficient training evaluation = better training.

This spring saw the close of the successful eValuate campaign - a forms capture solution targeted at learning & development departments. Built from ePC's extensive experience of working with training departments throughout the RAF, Police and NHS, eValuate aims to streamline high-volume processing of training evaluation forms and assist with providing instant analysis and reporting.

Streamlining timesheet processes.

The eTimeSaver campaign, which kicked off in May, targeted those struggling with large quantities of timesheets and inundated payroll departments; using the TeleForm software to create bespoke solutions that capture data from timesheets received in paper form, via fax or electronically; to help payroll departments meet their deadlines.

ePC are now an ABBYY Certified Partner. FlexiCapture from ABBYY, has been built on decades of experience in working with recognition and language extraction technologies and delivers the ability to automatically capture data from forms and unstructured documents alike.

After careful evaluation, ePC has no hesitation in adopting these flexible and powerful capture solutions in to our product portfolio and look forward to delivering new and exciting systems with them.

As well as inputs such as eForms or TeleForm for starting workflows, you can also use modular exports and integration, for example; save to PDF, SQL, remote web services or even build your own bespoke modules, which can be re-used in many workflows.

Sage Integration

Efficient data capture is a key part of our solutions but with many clients, the export of the captured data to existing systems is equally important. None more so than our eTimeSaver timesheet processing solutions, where captured data from timesheets needs to be exported to pay and bill systems such as Sage 50. To assist with this, ePC have created a set of easy-to-use functions to perform many lookup and export tasks without you having to write any code or adjust your existing systems.

ePC attend the National Association of Medical Educational Management conference.

On 15th & 16th of September, ePC attended the Ranolph Hotel, Oxford for the annual NAMEM conference and dinner. We met many representatives from organisations who deal with paper forms and business process management on a daily basis. We had a wonderful day sharing the knowledge we have and learning more about the demands needing to be met by these companies. Our sales team were on hand throughout the day to talk through the relevant solutions that we can offer to the medical world, such as eClinical and eValuate among others.

End of Year Recruitment Conference.

ePC will also be attending the end of year Recruitment Conference at the Connaught Rooms in London on the 2nd of November. We look forward to seeing old and new faces there and talking through our eTimeSaver package and showing those handling temporary workers how we can cut down their workloads and save them money.

Rentokil Initial Textile & Hygiene Services.

The challenges faced by Rentokil Initials Textiles and Hygiene Services were typical workflow problems faced by any organisation. A product selection process was started early in January to find a solution and ePC was invited by Initial’s IT partner, Cognizant, to produce a prototype system based upon BP Logix Process Director, to be presented to Initial’s finance team.

Due to the success of the prototype ePC went on to roll the system out Europe wide. The system has generated significant cost savings from centralised control, standardised process, enhanced financial transparency and ensured compliance, so much so, Rentokil Initial now plan to roll this out throughout their Asia Pacific region.

Monarch Recruitment

Monarch Recruitment is one of the UK’s largest and most successful specialist recruitment consultancies in the UK. In the teaching section, temporary education staff are normally required last minute, to stand-in for absent teachers, so schools will contact Monarch to arrange teacher placement bookings with little notice. Timesheets need to be quickly captured for processing so that teachers can be paid and schools can be billed. The system needs to be robust to ensure that pay and bill systems use agreed rates and duplicates aren’t double billed or paid. ePC built the core timesheet processing system around Autonomy Cardiff TeleForm and Equisys ZetaFax systems to great success.
