Case Studies

ePC have an extremely wide client base from practically all sectors and industries. A number of case studies have been created which outline the use of ePC's services and how they have improved clients' business processes. These have been split up into solution type.


eForms

eForms (Electronic Forms) allow rapid and accurate data capture without the need for any printing or scanning of paper. End user data validations and prompts ensure consistency of submitted data with little or no manual verification whilst eMail or Web delivery and submission speeds up turnaround times.

Faxed Forms

Forms can be pre-filled and distributed, or received, via fax. Direct integration between the phone line and the processing software allow for a seamless capture process from the senders fax machine through to our clients end databases.

High Volume Forms

ePC have helped clients implement solutions capturing from a few hundred forms per day up to over one hundred thousand forms per day. No matter what the expected volume, we have been able to help them negotiate the many potential problems that can have a massive effect when multiplied by tens of thousands of times.

Paper Forms and Documents

ePC has huge experience of working with paper forms. This may include data merging, printing, distribution, faxing, scanning, handwriting and mark recognition and archival. Whilst eForms have advantages, a pen and paper is often the simplest and quickest way of capturing data and is guaranteed to be "compatible" with your environment.

Public Sector
