Leading the way to efficient data capture and business process management
The greatest testament of the systems and services we provide is from our clients themselves.

Public Sector

NHS Education for Scotland

The eForms Service within NES was set up three years ago to support NES staff in various data capture and collection projects. It is a national service for NES employees who run regular or large scale data collection projects.

Louise Cardno

The eForms option has significantly improved the speed, quality and accessibility of data being collected for courses, research and internal communications within NES.
It is hoped that reliance on paper forms will reduce over time and further eForms systems, such as LiquidOffice, will be introduced to streamline our work processes further.

Dudley Metropolitan Council

Dudley Metropolitan Council is one of the top performing local authorities in the country, maintaining its maximum four-star status from the Audit Commission.

Chris Marsh

Our TeleForm system is used a good proportion of the week, tending to various customer needs.
The time it has saved us regarding data capture and information manipulation is vast.  Without this software, time which is now saved would be wasted on lengthy data capture tasks.
I truly believe time and money has been saved with thanks mainly to the TeleForm system and ePCs support

North Cumbria University Hospital

North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust provides a range of services for a population of approximately 324,000 people across North and West Cumbria, as well as the South West of Scotland and parts of Northumberland.

Our department has been using TeleForm for over five years.  The software has become invaluable to our day to day work.  It has increased our work capacity considerably, in comparison to the time when we had to devise databases for clients to manually input their data, and return to us for data analysis.
TeleForm enables our clients to collect their data on paper forms, then pass them on to us for processing; this is particularly useful where large quantities of data are concerned.
More recently, there had been demands for some complex data manipulation in order to produce files in the format that was compatible to a recipient system, and we were glad that TeleForm had the facility to accomplish this.  Further more, the support we received for the product was excellent.

Norton Radstock College

Norton Radstock College is a medium sized further education college based in a semi rural location 12 miles south of the Roman city of Bath. The college offers a wide range of qualifications within its eight academic schools to over 5,000 full and part time students.

The college needed to survey a large number of people on a wide range of issues regularly and provide management with timely information. Externally provided surveys had been used but flexibility, time constraints and costs were an issue, so the college looked for a solution and decided to invest in TeleForm.

TeleForm offers the college complete flexibility in the design of questionnaires and enables efficient processing of the survey returns via the use of its scanning function to enable the information to be processed by a database.
TeleForm enables all surveys to be undertaken in house, hence the college enjoys complete flexibility in survey design and use whilst maintaining tight control of survey costs. We have been well supported by ePC, their expertise has helped us achieve maximum value from our investment.

University College Birmingham

UCB are an accredited college of the University of Birmingham. 7,500 students study at the University College on a range of full, part-time and short courses.

University College Birmingham has used TeleForm for over 10 years, mainly to design and process student satisfaction surveys. In the initial stages of looking for a system to purchase, our main aim was to find something user friendly and simple to use so that we could design our own questionnaires, rather than outsourcing and also a system that was compatible with SPSS which we already used and wanted data to be exported into.
After researching different products in the market at the time, a decision was made to purchase TeleForm as it met our requirements and we particularly liked the easy design facility and the ability to review unclear responses in the Verifier.
We were recently required to design the attached Programme Review questionnaire to assess student satisfaction for FE students incorporating questions from the LSC Framework for Excellence.

University of Wales

The University of Wales is based in Bangor and is a long established university (founded in 1884) and dedicated to academic excellence. Over half of the departments assessed to date in the teaching quality assessments have received the top rating of 'excellent'.

The university has over 10,000 students, 26 academic schools and over 600 teaching staff.

Judy Williams

TeleForm was the best thing to use for the project, as we scanned over 8,000 questionnaires into SPSS.
TeleForm was the best thing to use for our project, there were many questionnaires piling up on my desk as we would not have been able to input the questionnaires by hand, scanning them was the only option.   The designing of the large questionnaires was easy using the Designer and when the forms had to be Verified, it helped a lot as everyone writes differently so sometimes we could not read their writing and the Verifier helped with this.
