Leading the way to efficient data capture and business process management
The greatest testament of the systems and services we provide is from our clients themselves.

Paper Forms

MenAfriCar

The African Meningococcal Carriage Consortium is a global research effort to study how meningococcal meningitis is spread in Africa and to document the impact of a new meningitis vaccine on reducing transmission.

ePC were approached to put together a dispersed data capture solution to not only quickly and efficiently scan and capture clinical forms from remote locations but also manage the collation, over the Internet, back to HQ in London.

Professor James Stewart

I am very happy with the way that ePC have handled the project so far, they have had a lot of challenges thrown their way in what has been a very difficult project.

ChevronTexaco

ChevronTexaco is a world-leading energy producer with a presence in more than 80 countries. Among its activities in the oil and gas industries are exploration, production, refining, marketing and transportation.

Our challenge was to deliver a more efficient alternative to manually inputting low level fault and housekeeping data, generated from site inspection cards filled in by personnel on the platforms and, in the process, analyse the information more effectively

Rick Faulkner

It’s very simple to use. You put the cards on the scanner and the job is done within seconds. This system has had so many benefits for us.
It has enabled us to spot problems more quickly and easily and it has reduced our workload. It has really paid dividends.

Amber Credit

Amber Credit is part of the Skipton Building Society group and supplies premium finance solutions to a network of High Street brokers throughout the UK.

ePC developed an automated scanning solution that captures credit application forms and exports them to Amber Credit’s financing system.

Rob Horne

We are currently processing a large volume of agreements per day which would not have been possible under the old manual system. The throughput of business has increased tremendously in the time we have been using the equipment.
Using the system brings so many benefits: it is quicker, saves a lot of time and we can now process larger volumes of data on a daily basis.

South East Wales Trials Unit (SEWTU)

SEWTU is based in Cardiff University and coordinates multi-centre trials across the UK and beyond. All trials and studies require that sufficient and accurate data is collected to allow for detailed analysis of patients, medication, treatments and conditions.

John Evans

ePC has made it possible to allow entire trials to be conducted with electronic on-line forms while recipients can complete and submit forms using a unique hybrid of both paper and web/eMail forms.
ePC has set up an automated data capture system with accurate validation that takes care of the time consuming tasks to let us focus more on the quality of trials, resulting in a better understanding of health and medicine for all.

Summerleaze

Summerleaze Regeneration Ltd maintains equipment that generates electricity from landfill sites across the UK. A solution was required to gather information from site visit report forms and engineer timesheet information.

Nick Edwards

ePC were quick to understand the mission-critical nature of information gathering in the electricity generation environment. They grasped our requirement for an accurate and reliable change monitoring system and they were very prompt at providing answers to my export connectivity queries.
TeleForm eliminates manual data entry and hand-writing recognition issues, allowing us to focus on what we do best: optimising performance and expanding capacity from our operating sites.
